When kicking off a major project, our instinct is to use Beekast to rally the teams around it
RATP operates part of the transport system in Paris and the Île de France region. The Rolling Stock Department (MRF), where Joëlle works as Communications Manager, is responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment running on metro, tramway and RER lines.
Based on her experience, she explains how her department uses Beekast to support change, enliven seminars and executive committee meetings as well as to rally employees around a joint project.

The stakes for RATP
